Two shooters receive New Year’s honours

7 Jan 2016 – Two shooters were rewarded for their commitment to the shooting sports in the New Year’s Honours List, as noted by the NRA.

In a Facebook post the association said:

This year two members of the shooting community were named in the Honours List:

Joseph Martin NEVILLE – Clay Target Shooting Coach – received an MBE (Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) for Services to Competitive Shooting
NRA member Richard Stephen LE PAGE received a BEM (British Empire Medal) for services to the sport of Target Shooting in Guernsey

Congratulations to both and indeed all recipients.

Congratulations indeed.
